Take a day out to generate peace and calm with Tai Chi.

 

Using Tai Chi Principles and meditations we will allow space and time to get in touch with our Inner Being and explore what seeds each one of us wants to sow for our very own 2024.

The fee is  £70 for the day, please bring your own lunch. Teas and coffee are provided. 

A non-refundable deposit of £15 guarantees your place, The remainder is payable two weeks prior to the Retreat Day and non- refundable.

These 90 minute sessions on Zoom offer the opportunity to ground yourself, create calm, 

and connect with your true self, through meditation, sharing and using Tai Chi principles.

Retreat Weekend

Relax, restore, revitalise :

Treat yourself to a weekend of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation with like-minded friends at the Golden Flower Retreat.

In the beautiful setting of Hamblin Hall and under the expert guidance of instructor Heike Brewster you can let go of unwanted baggage, connect with nature, relax and re-energise, allowing you to approach every day life with new enthusiasm.

Fee: £  per person which includes all tuition, fantastic company, and lots of fun. 

Please bring your own food for supper on the Saturday and Lunch on the Sunday. Coffee and teas will be provided, please bring your own mug.

 

A non-refundable deposit of £35 guarantees your place, the remainder is payable two weeks prior to the retreat. 

We will be a small group and open to all levels of experience of Tai Chi (including no experience).
