The classes give students the opportunity to practise a number of aspects of Tai Chi:

Golden Flower warm-up exercises,

Golden Flower Form (a Yang Style Short Form),

Qi Gong Form (a fabulous entry form and for focus on foundational principles),

Moving and standing Qi Gong, Pushing Hands, and Meditation, based on Tai Chi principles. You will be able to enjoy a focused yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

There are also regular opportunities to work with Heike and other instructors in workshops and retreats in West Sussex, London and abroad.
