Tai Chi is an ancient form of energy cultivation and self defence, originating in China. Through gentle movement Tai Chi may help to improve your flexibility, circulation, balance, and posture. It may also help you to become more centred, thus improving focus and concentration.
I am offering Tai Chi classes in Chichester, Emsworth, Bognor Regis and Slindon.
I also run regular workshops and an annual retreat in the area.
